Shiv Sena to hoist Tricolour at Lal Chowk today

JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir unit of Shiv Sena on Tuesday announced that it would hoist the National Flag in Lal Chowk, the nerve centre of summer capital Srinagar, on December 6.
Reacting to a controversial statement by National Conference President Farooq Abdullah who dared the Centre to hoist the National Flag at Lal Chowk before talking about unfurling it in the Pakistan-administered Kashmir (PaK), State Chief Shiv Sena Bala Sahib Thackeray, Dimpy Kohli and General Secretary, Manish Sahni informed that a special team of Shiv Sena has gone to Srinagar under this secret mission and will hoist Tricolour at Lal Chowk Srinagar on December 6.
“We have accepted the challenge of Farooq Abdullah and our team will give him a befitting reply at Lal Chowk on Wednesday,” Kohli said. He mentioned that Party’s Member Parliament along with other party workers are visiting State tomorrow to take part in the Tricolour hoisting at Lal Chowk. He said till the last drop of blood is in our body we will try to save the boundaries of the nation from the enemies of the country.
