Shiv Sena demands dissolution of J&K Assembly

JAMMU: Shiv Sena, Jammu and Kashmir, demanded for dissolution of State Assembly which it said is in suspended animation.
“Since none of the party is claiming to form the government of its own due to fractured mandate so there is no other option except to dissolve the Assembly and to hold fresh elections,” State President Shiv Sena, Dimpy Kohli told reporters.
“Due to bad performance of BJP-PDP alliance people of the State are suffering and are being deprived of democratic elected government,” he said.
Meanwhile, Narinder Dev Chuni (Retd. AE) and M.N Nargotra (Retd. EXn.) with large number of their supporters joined Shiv Sena in the presence of Dimpy Kohli, State General Secretary G.I Singh, State Vice President Sandeep Bhagat and Political Advisor, Raj Kumar Raja.
State President welcomed new members and said that party will be strengthened more in Jammu city. He appointed Narinder Dev Chuni as State Vice President, M.N Nargotra as Joint Secretary and Satish Sawhney as State Secretary.
Others present were Rajan Gupta Vice President, Raj Singh State Secretary and Raju Salaria.
