All these politicians prefer foreign trips as a measure to attract investment from business community, which is nothing less than begging for country in a dignified way. Broadly speaking the image of BJP in whole of the country is not so bright as is focused on hired TV channels or projected by the mouth pieces of the party but generally comments of the commoners are that it is the government for billionaires working over the skeletons of the poor and making their survival most difficult day by day. The Indians have seen many governments in the past of different political parties, amalgamation of parties and parties of quite different ideologies, but all such governments were answerable to the people, but the present BJP government is the only party whose progress is monitored by saffron brigade and the report card of all ministries is sought by this brigade.
When we look for the BJP in Jammu and Kashmir an alliance partner with PDP in sharing power, their role is more or less of trouble shooter for Jammuites and sympathies with Valleyties. The BJP which barged in the state during elections carrying a slogan of 44+ to form the government and to achieve this goal through RSS, it mobilised thousands of its workers in J and K with regular visits of PM and other top echelons of BJP to efface the dirty face of the Jammu BJP unit, which was badly exposed for sell out after 2008 elections causing their expulsion from the party but re-inducted just very close to the 2014 elections. The party accommodated all those seasonal flying birds, who had always been calling names to the party and were expecting their ouster from their previous loyalties. The candidates winning elections in Jammu have not been mandated owing to their qualities or qualifications but on hollow statements, riding on the Modi wave and exploitation of the sentiments of the voters. The ministers and MLAs of BJP in the State of Jammu and Kashmir are just mannequin of the party. The power hungry BJP both in the Center as well as in states, losing all credibility of its commitments during elections and in J and K entered into alliance with PDP, which was a target of nepotism and corruption during election rallies by the PM. It is an admitted fact that PDP is a soft cornered party towards separatists and by an alliance with it; the BJP has come openly with its secret agenda and intentions. The BJP a speaking party for the rights of regional discrimination in J and K prior to its power taste in 2014, used to put the entire Jammu region in shut and Bandh calls even for a very minor issue appears to have suffered from myopia as now after in power, discrimination towards Jammu is not in the range of their blurred vision and like a shaky person, the ministers of BJP quota are sharing the dais, when the CM openly expose them by stating that Jammu had not produced any such leader as to speak for Jammuites and they always come to them for MBBS and other seats, how the discrimination can be eroded, when such type of leaders are sent to the Assembly. The ground reality, these people try to conceal is, intolerance of BJP ministers and their MLAs by the people of Jammuit and these ministers vision does not extend beyond inaugurations of lane and drains, transformers, shopping malls, public sanitary units etc. The whole country is passing through a sultry state of affairs, and it is justified and a truth, that BJP’s shimmering image is just silhouette. The present BJP government at the Center considers itself as indispensable owing to the reason of absolute majority but is forgetting that the cemetery is full of souls who had considered themselves as indispensable and same is applicable to the ministers, MLAs and other leaders of this party in Jammu and Kashmir.
