JAMMU: Shiksha Niketan School Jeevan Nagar on Saturday conducted Salad Making Competition for class 5th and Slogan Writing Competition for class 6th.
Both the competitions were organised and conducted under the guidance of teachers which was reflected during the course of the competition. For ‘Salad Making Competition’ each section of class 5th was represented by four members.
Cleanliness, taste and presentation were the basic criteria for the judgement.
The Main Incharge Nirmal Sharma conveyed her appreciation for the winners.
The Principal, Rameshwar Mengi congratulated the winners. He impressed upon all the concerned teachers to encourage all the students to participate in such competitions so that their ‘inherent creative Talent’ gets an opportunity of exposure which was so important for their all round personality development.
