SRINAGAR: A shepherd and his grand-daughter died after they fell in a water reservoir in Nyoma area of Leh.
A shepherd namely Murup Dorjay, son of Tashi Dachan, resident of Nidder post and his grand-daughter namely Tashi Lamo daughter of Tsewang Rigzan fell in a water reservoir at Sheep Farm Nidder in the jurisdiction of Police Station Nyoma, Leh and both died on the spot.
After completion of all medico-legal formalities, the bodies of both the deceased were handed over to their legal heirs for last rites. Police registered a case in this regard.
