Sham seeks vote on development plank

AKHNOOR: Seeking third term as MLA, PHE Minister and senior Congress leader, Sham Lal Sharma on Wednesday said that Congress Party will form next government in the State and his pledge for Chief Minister from Jammu to be fulfilled.

He said ensuing Assembly elections are of political and historical significance in the changed political scenario, as party like Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and National Conference (NC) all busy in pampering and appeasement of Kashmiri people.

If Jammu people have to stake for their denied justice and rights must wake up to vote Congress who envisaged clear vision towards Jammu promised Regional Development Council to deliver goods, he said.

Lambasting those who misled the people, he said if development is the agenda, where they stand. He appealed to voters to push Hand button on EVMs.

Sham urged upon them to vote for him on last 12 years performances as they can judge him from the development works executed in their areas in health, education, PDD and PHE sectors besides road connectivity.

Sham Sharma claimed Akhnoor being his motherland deserves better deals during his tenures has been given due attention.
