JAMMU: A farewell function was organized to bid send off to DySP Manzoor Hussain, on his transfer from STWS Jammu to JKAP-8th Battalion.
SSP STWS J&K, Shailender Singh appreciated his initiatives and contributions in the workshop.
Manzoor had joined Police Department in the year 1991 and served different wings of J&K Police besides a very significant posting at PTS Kathua for a period of two years.
The officer remained posted at STWS Jammu for a period of four years and 10 months.
The officer contributed a lot for the up-gradation of workshop by his hardwork, dedication and professionalism and was awarded DGP commendation Medal in the year 2021. The officer is replaced by DySP Sujjad Mir of 1992 batch.

Shailender Singh wished outgoing officer good luck for future endeavours.
