Where on one hand, era of communication systems is emerging, on the other hand, the cases of sexual exploitation of children are increasing day by day. It is sad and regrettable that even the parents are not serious about dealing with this situation and are handing over their children to play mobile games at a young age. In the era of modern lifestyle, where science has progressed a lot, the common life has also been badly affected. Generally, it has been seen that children of the age of 6 to 14 years are being sexually exploited under the influence of online system networking. Although the Government of India is taking significant steps to ensure the care and protection of children who are being sexually abused globally, so that the children who are being sexually abused can be made mentally aware and the inappropriate behaviour during the online system is naturally generated. There is also a need to take concrete measures to control the activity so that making children mature at an early age is the biggest challenge for the entire country at this time. As far as the question of mobile phones is concerned, which has become an important part of the necessities of life and busyness is an important part of life, but in the race of online life, children are committing and being affected by serious crimes in their childhood. To be sure, if we take it further, we children today are being sexually exploited during our busy lives on computers, and the little ones become adults in their lifetime. Online child abuse is a unique form of child abuse also known as ‘Cyber Molestation’ due to its virtual, distanced, and anonymous nature. Such abuse may not happen face-to-face, nor does it necessarily require physical contact. However, online abuse can result in negative face-to-face consequences in the form of statutory rape, forcible sexual assault; harassment in the foreign States, online child abuse is recognized as a form of child abuse by the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. Online abuse of children can occur through a variety of forms. Including, but not limited, to cyber-bullying, grooming, and sexual abuse. Such abuse requires the use of the World Wide Web or cell phones, increasing its significance in an increasingly technological world. The perpetrator of such online abuse may be a stranger or someone who is previously known by the victim. Governments across the world have acknowledged the importance of recognizing and combating online abuse of children. Child sexual abuse is any interaction between a child and an adult (or another child) in which the child is used for the sexual stimulation of the perpetrator or an observer. Sexual abuse can include both touching and non-touching behaviours. Non-touching behaviours can include voyeurism (trying to look at a child’s naked body), exhibitionism, or exposing the child to pornography. Children of all ages, races, ethnicities, and economic backgrounds may experience sexual abuse. Child sexual abuse affects both girls and boys in all kinds of neighborhood and communities. Research has repeatedly shown that child sexual abuse can have a very serious impact on physical and mental health, as well as later sexual adjustment. Depending on the severity of and number of traumas experienced, child sexual abuse can have wide-reaching and long-lasting effects. Those who have suffered multiple traumas and received little parental support may develop post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and anxiety. Their ability to trust adults to take care of them may also be jeopardized. Sadly, when children do not disclose sexual abuse and/or do not receive effective counselling, they can suffer difficulties long into the future.
