SRINAGAR: Minister for Urban Development and Urban Local Bodies, Nawang Rigzin Jora on Wednesday informed in the Legislative Assembly that a proposal for creation of Development Authority (DA) at Nobra has been received from Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Leh. He said the same is under examination with the government.
