Sethi starts blacktopping work worth Rs 25 lakh in Ward 71

JAMMU: In a significant step towards strengthening civic infrastructure, MLA Jammu East constituency, Yudhvir Sethi started blacktopping work worth Rs 25 lakh today at Lower Majin Sidhra, Dangyale, falling under Ward No. 71 of Jammu East Constituency.

The project aims to improve road connectivity and provide long-term relief to residents by enhancing basic amenities in the area.
Speaking on the occasion, Yudhvir Sethi reiterated his commitment to ensuring inclusive and continuous development across all localities of his constituency.
The MLA said, “Development and public welfare have always been our top priorities. The start of this blacktopping project is another step towards providing better infrastructure and convenience to the people. We are dedicated to serving every section of society with sincerity and transparency.”
He further emphasized that ongoing and upcoming projects in various parts of Jammu East are focused on creating a more developed, cleaner, and better-connected urban environment.
The event was attended by AEE Jamal Din, JEE Haroon Rashid and BJP Senior Leaders Abdul Mehmood Babbu, and Bishan Singh, along with local residents and BJP workers who appreciated the initiative.
MLA Sethi also thanked the public for their constant support, stating that the trust and cooperation of the people remain the biggest strength behind the region’s development journey.
The blacktopping work in Ward No. 71 underlines the MLA’s resolve to improve road infrastructure and ensure smoother mobility for the citizens of Bajalta Mandal, Lower Majin Sidhra, and Dangyale areas.
