UDHAMPUR : A Security Review Meeting was held by SSP Railways Katra, A.K Mahajan at Udhampur Railway Station to review the security measures on ground in view of prevailing scenario and forthcoming Assembly elections.
The meeting chaired by A.K Mahajan was attended by Kamlesh Shoor SDPO Railways Katra/ Udhampur, A.P Mathur ASC of RPF, Dy SPs Puran chand and Kuldeep Kumar of Armed Police deployed on railway tracks, Randheer Sharma St. Supdt Railway Station Udhampur, all SHOs and incharge Police Posts GRP and other officials of railways.
The SSP stressed upon augmenting the security measures on ground and for remaining extra vigilant and alert considering the prevailing scenario and forthcoming Assembly elections. It was emphasised that round the clock patrolling be conducted jointly by officials of GRP and RPF so that it becomes effective and meaningful which was agreed by ASC of RPF present in the meeting.
