AKHNOOR: As part of the grievances addressing mechanism, Sunaina Mehta, SDM Akhnoor conducted a redressal camp for Patwar Halqa Mawa Brahmna, Chak Kirpalpur and Devipur, in which all the sectoral officers of Akhnoor Sub Division were present. Department wise grievances were taken up by SDM Akhnoor which included issues regarding electricity, water, roads, ration cards, monkey menace, stray animals, etc.
Most of these issues were resolved on the spot and proper directions were issued to the concerned sectoral officers to resolve the issues at the earliest.
About 20 Permanent Resident Certificates were issued to the applicants present in the camp.
She urged the officers to work hard for the welfare of the general public.
