SRINAGAR: Srinagar Development Authority (SDA) with the assistance of District Civil and Police administration yesterday cleared the illegal encroachments over an area of SDA land by a trespasser and some sumo taxi drivers who had unauthorizedly occupied the Government land.
SDA undertook the said drive in the light of the orders of the High Court orders to restore the physical environment of the city besides restraining the erring trespassers from resorting to unlawful activities in the interest of public.
