SBI opens new business unit at Rehama

JAMMU: Chief General Manager (CGM), State Bank of India, Chandigarh Circle, Anil Kishore inaugurated new branch premises at Rehama, District Baramulla (Kashmir).
Maj. Iftikhar Ahmed, Tregpora (Rafiabad) 32 Rashtriya Rifles (RR), Regional Manager-4, Sunil Sharma along with large number of agriculturists, traders and ex-service men/ local people were present on the inauguration function.
While welcoming CGM, Maj Iftikhar 32 RR, thanked the bank for installing new a new ATM along branch premises for convenience of general public, traders in general and defence forces/ jawans in particular.
While interacting with the gathering, CGM said that with the opening of new premises of the branch with ATM, the bank is keeping pace with the fast growing technology. The people will feel at home while dealing with the branch. He urged people to make full use of entire products of SBI with a special focus on alternate channels services, including cross-selling products available at the option of the customers.
He added that the bank is going to hold traders meet wherein all traders/ businessmen can freely discuss their needs, proposals for spot solutions by the branch.
Regional Manager, Sunil Sharma reiterated Banks’ commitment for delivery of services and informed about customer service- compendium for the information of customers places on the standees at the entrance of the branch.
Among others present were, Tariq Wani (BM), A.K Khah, Bashir Ganie (CRT), and Mohd Younus from RBO-R, along with huge gathering of people from the area and around.
