KATHUA : State Bank of India has taken an initiative towards cashless economy and adopted village Jandi in Hiranagar Block of Kathua District for digitisation, first of its kind in J&K State. The inaugural function was organised by Zonal Office Jammu at village Jandi in which Kuldeep Raj, MLA, Hiranagar was Chief Guest. Suresh Chander Sharma, SDM Hiranagar, Gourav Sharma, Tehsildar, Hiranagar were also present on the occasion. Manoj Kumar Mehrotra, DGM, SBI, Jammu Module presided over the function. Ajay Kumar Sharma, Regional Manager, Region 3, Jammu was also present in the function.
