JAMMU: Former Minister and senior Congress, Yogesh Sawhney leader expressed satisfaction over the ongoing work in Rajiv Colony.
Sawhney on Tuesday visited Rajiv Colony to inspect the various ongoing projects was carried out in Rajiv Colony by him include reconstruction of embankment on the banks of River Tawi. Block Presidents Jammu East, Pawan Dev Singh and Rajinder Kumar and Mohalla President, Vijay Singh accompanied the Congress leader.
Sawhney, earlier, directed the authorities concerned to reconstruct the embankment on the banks of River Tawi, which was damaged due to the flash floods. Sawhney also inspected construction of Nallah passing nearby Jammu University.
While interacting with the inhabitants of the area, Sawhney said the demands of the residents of Rajiv Colony were fulfilled by in a short span of time.
