JAMMU: To boost the sports activities amongst the youth across Jammu, BJP State President and MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma on Saturday inaugurated BJP Jammu West Cricket Tournament at Bakshi Nagar Sports Ground, here.
The tournament is being organised under the supervision of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) leaders. A total of 35 teams are participating in the tournament.
Sat gave a message amongst youth to ‘Stay Away From Drugs’ and stated that by indulging in such ills of society, a person can never progress and it affects the progress of nation as well as youth is considered to be the back bone of this great nation and our generations ahead are dependent upon them.
District President BJP Ayodhya Gupta, BJYM State Vice President Karan Sat Sharma, SHO Ashwani Sharma, Sanjeev Sharma, Prem Gupta, Tripta Jamwal, Ravinder Singh Jamwal, Puneet Mahajan, Atul Bakshi, Abhishek Jamwal, Ankush, Abhi Jamwal, Samir Vohra, Surinder Choudhary, Varinder Singh Thakur, Ashok Gupta and Shamsher Singh were also present.
