Sarpanch along with people of Gurha Jagir felicitate SSP Mohan Lal

AKHNOOR: In an impressive programme organised by Varinder Kumar (Bubby) Sarpanch Gurha Jagir, SSP Mohan Lal Bhagat who was conferred with the prestigious Union Home Minister’s Medal for excellence in training was felicitated by the prominent people of the area.
SSP Mohan Lal Bhagat on reaching his home land received a warm welcome by Sarpanch Varinder Kumar (Bubby) accompanied by Bandana Devi Naib Sarpanch, Jaswant Singh Ex Sarpanch, Retd. Capt. Faizu Ram Bhagat Ex Sarpanch, Rtd TSO Manohar Lal Sharma, Capt. Neelam Kumar Panch, Sunita Choudhary Panch, Sunita Bhagat Panch, Surinder Takayia Panch, Rakesh Kumar Panch, Vijay Kumar Panch, Bachno Devi Panch etc.
The gathered prominent personalities garlanded SSP Mohan Lal and honoured him with a token of respect.
Varinder Kumar (Bubby), while addressing the gathering during the programme, praised SSP Mohan Lal Bhagat for his extraordinary services in every sphere of life. He added that SSP Mohan Lal Bhagat who is also the son of the soil has already been awarded the Police Medal for Gallantry by the President of India in 2002, Parakram Padak “Wound Medal” in 2008, 1st Bar to the Police Medal for Gallantry by the President of India in 2010, DGP’s Commendation Medal in 2012, Police Medal for Meritorious Services by the President of India in 2020.
Addressing the youth present in the programme, Mohan Lal encouraged them to be focussed and work hard for their goals as there is no shortcut for success in life. He apprised them that if he can achieve such things why cannot they do so. He appealed to the parents and other elders to be the torch bearers to the youth of the society.
He appealed to youth to shun drugs and other evils to choose a path of nation building in which they should contribute something positive for the society. He appealed to them to be disciplined and punctual to become successful in their lives.
The officer assured his services including any kind of financial help to the needy youth for their career building and higher education. He assured that he will keep serving the society and nation in whole with the same spirit and passion.
