THATHRI: The Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS) for Health Institutes of Thahtri on Monday approved various facilities for the healthcare centers of the constituency.
The RKS meeting chaired by the Member of Legislative Assembly from Inderwal, Ghulam Mohammad Saroori discussed in details the requirements for the CHC, Thathri and other health institutions falling in Thathri area.
BMO Thathri, senior officers of Health Department, Public Works, members, officers of different departments, senior citizens also attended the meeting.
The meeting reviewed the implementation of the decisions taken in the previous meeting and other requirements to further improve the healthcare in these centres. The BMO of the hospital apprised the MLA about the physical and financial achievements for the year 2017-18 along with income expenditure report and balance sheet.
The agenda of the meeting included various welfare steps for the benefit of patients and also steps to upgrade the facilities available in the hospital were reviewed in detail by the MLA Inderwal.
Later, Senior Bhartiya Janta Party leader from Moori, Vaid Lal and PDP’s senior leader and former member Panchayat Zella Chatroo, Chowdhary Jalal Din and many political activists from Angara Sarthal area joined the Congress Party.
