JAMMU: Secretary, Advisory Board for Pahari Speaking People Jammu and Kashmir, Sapna Kotwal, graced the Boys Pahari Hostel in Bantalab on Wednesday and took a significant step towards uplifting the hostel’s educational landscape by providing books. This addition to the hostel’s library was made possible through collaboration with Director Libraries, Mohammad Rafi.
