JAMMU: To create awareness among people about pollution control and global warming, a social worker, Santosh R. Holi, from Bhosari, Pune on Monday started a 25-day journey on cycle from Jammu to Kanyakumari.
He started his journey from Jammu and will end on 4th December, 2014 at Kanyakumari on the occasion of Swami Vivekananda’s 151st Birth Anniversary.
He is going to cross about 12 states i.e. J and K, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
