Sant Nirankari Mission donates 88 units of blood

R S PURA: Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation organised a voluntary blood donation camp, at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, R S Pura , where 88 units of blood were donated by the devotees of the mission. The camp was inaugurated by Dr Gagan Bhagat MLA R S Pura who while speaking on the occasion said that blood donation is a need of time and congratulated Nirankari Mission for this camp. He also inaugurated the construction work of lane adjoining the Satsang Bhawan. Dr Kajal from Blood Bank GMC Jammu and several prominent citizens of the town were also present on the occasion. Rev Ajit Singh Zonal Incharge said that even though basically the mission is a spiritual movement, it has been making a significant contribution towards social welfare activities also. Rev. Tara Singh Sanyojak Sant Nirankari Mandal Branch R S Pura, welcomed Chief Guest, prominent citizens, hospital authorities, volunteers of the mission. The camp was held in collaboration with Blood and Transfusion Deptt. of Govt. Medical College, Jammu , Indian Red Cross Society and JKSACS.
