JAMMU: Samooh Theatre on Monday staged two plays-Ek Thi Ladki and Ye Duniya Badi Gol at the premises of Trikuta College.
The play was written and directed by Ravinder Sharma.
On the occasion, Ravish Sharma, M.D Sain Charitable Trust was the Chief Guest.
The artists who mesmerized the audience with the stylized theatrical idiom especially chosen from the Greek, Noh, Kabuki, Sanskrit Classic and the folk theatre with the amalgation of local languages and culture of the region were Sandeep Thakur, Sandeep Manhas, Shubam Nag, Abhishek Sharma, Nainsi Sharma, Nikita Abrol, Pallavi Jamwal and Aashima Dutta. The back stage was done by Rohan Sharma while costumes designed by Anita Chandpuri and Princy Bhatt and Make-up by Daya Ram. The shows were compered by Dr Sudhir Mahajan.
