JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages (JKAACL) and Radio Kashmir, Jammu jointly felicitated Prakash Premi, a renowned Dogri writer in a function, here under its series ‘Jharokha’.
Prof Champa Sharma, Dogri writer, was the Chief Guest whereas Dr. Arvinder Singh Amn, Additional Secretary JKAACL, Vijay Sambyal of RKJ and Prakash Premi were present in the presidium.
Prof Champa, while appreciating the contribution of Prakash Premi, said that he is an ability of creative writing in all fields like poetry, short story, satire and translation in Dogri.
Darshan Darshi, renowned Dogri writer, poet and scholar read out detailed paper on the life and works of Parkash Premi. Sh. Ashok Gupta, Editor Dogri read out citation. Prakash Premi highlighted important moments of his life and also presented some of his best collection of his writings.
