JAMMU: Rishab Gupta and Arun Kumar each secured silver medals in their respective categories-80-85 kg and 60-65 kg at the recent Body Building Competition held at the Police Auditorium in Jammu, organized by the Body Building Association of J&K (BBAJK).
Both athletes benefited from the expert guidance of their coach, Vimal Jit, who himself recently won a bronze medal at the 14th South Asian Body Building Championship in the Maldives.
Their achievements underscore the dedication of the athletes and the strength of their mentorship.
