Review meeting regarding hospital empanelled under Rule 6-A of J&K Civil Services Rules, 1990 held

JAMMU: Hospital Empanelment Review Committee conducted it’s second meeting on Friday in the office of Dr. Shashi Sudhan Sharma, Principal & Dean GMC Jammu to review the list of existing hospitals empanelled under Rule 6-A of J&K Civil Services (Medical Attendance-cum-Allowance) Rules, 1990.
The out stationed officers attended the meeting through online mode.
Threadbare discussion was held on various issues like referral of patients from J&K to other States/UT. It was decided in the meeting to identify the hospitals where the referral is minimum or zero so that the same can be excluded and include new hospitals in the list as per the requirement.
It was also decided to review the list of CGHS empanelled list of hospitals and to compare the list of treatments so as to minimise the variations in rate list.
Meeting was attended by Principal GMC Srinagar, Administrator AHs Jammu, Director Health Service, Kashmir, Director Health Service Jammu, CAO DHS Jammu, Operation Manager, SHA, Account Officer, SHA.
