SRINAGAR: A deputation of All J and K ReT Teachers Forum led by State President Vinod Sharma on Monday called on Education Minister, Nayeem Akhter at Civil Secretariat Srinagar and discussed their grievances.
While interacting with Education Minister, Sharma put forth the issues of ReT teachers which include implementation of High Court order with regard to transfer policy in favour of regularized ReT teachers, provision for release of 3rd teacher salary which is pending for last three to four months, release of pending four months SSA salary and payment of arrears of EVs, regularisation of female teachers working under KGBV scheme and regularisation of ReT teachers whose files are lying in the office of the Directorate of School Education Jammu.
The minister listened to the grievances patiently and instructed the Secretary School Education to resolve their grievances at the earliest.
Others present were Suhkdev Singh, Rajesh Singh Jamwal and Sham Parkash.
