UDHAMPUR: A deputation of All J and K ReT Teachers Forum led by State President Vinod Sharma and District President Lekh Raj Parihar called on Chief Education Officer Udhampur Bishan Singh.
While hailing the appointment of CEO, they brought into his notice various burning issues of the ReT cadre which include, release of six months salary of regularised ReT teachers under SSA who are facing a lot of hardship to meet their both ends; regularisation of KGBV Teachers who have completed their five years service, entries of release of cooking charges for the year 2014-15 under Mid-Day-Meals scheme, release of one year honorarium of cooks under MDM scheme etc.
Chief Education Officer listened to the grievances patiently and assured to redress them as early as possible.
Others who were part of the deputation include Suhkdev Singh, Sukesh Khajuria, Ashok Seth, Pritam Goswami, Ravinder Singh, Sandeep Sharma, Vipin, Shamsher Singh, Pawan, Rakesh, Vinod Kumar, Partap and Ajit.
