JAMMU: President, Jammu and Kashmir Medical Employees Federation (JKMEF), Sushil Sudan asked State Government to redress the issues of clerical cadre of the Health Department.
Sushil was chairing a meeting of Clerical Association Health Department, here on Wednesday. The meeting was also attended by Mohammd Saleem and Darshan Kumar.
The demands of clerical cadre include conducting of DPC, rectifying of seniority list of Senior Assistants, framing of proper mechanism for deputation of Senior Assistants to IMPA for Secretariat Assistant Course, preparing of personal files of non-gazetted employees at par with gazetted employees, removing of pay anomalies and creation of the post of Section Officers / Head Assistants in District as well as Block level.
The senior leaders of the JKMEF assured for any support in struggle initiated by the clerical cadre for redressal of the problems.
Saleem extended the support of one day pen down strike call given by Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh all Departments Clerical Staff Association.
Sandeep Wadhera, Vishal Sharma, Surinder Bakshi, Urmil Ganjoo, Amarjeet, Prathma Devi, Sangeeta Bakshi, Neha Slathia, Anil Kumar, Basant Ram, Tilak Raj, Deepak Sharma and Brij Mohan were also present.
