JAMMU: Red Ribbon Club of Government SPMR College of Commerce organised a lecture on HIV/ AIDS in collaboration with J and K AIDS Control Society. Principal, J.L Bhagat was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
He exhorted the students to follow healthy way of life. Dr Rajiv Kumar Gupta, Associate Professor, NSS, Government Medical College, Jammu was the resource person. He made students aware of the causes and preventive measures of this dreadful disease. He further impressed upon the students to shed inhibitions and must come forward to spread the message in their surroundings. The lecture was followed by an interactive session where students raise their queries regarding HIV/AIDS. The programme was conducted under the supervision of Nodal Officer, Prof. Pawan Kumar Gupta.
