It is very sad, distressing and alarming that there is no value for the human life in India as men in Khaki are being martyred with sadistic pleasure by the arrogant and fearless miscreants. It is cause of concern and is very disturbing that policemen including senior police officers are being killed by lawless and fearless people. The heart rending news that a Deputy Superintendent of police in a village of Haryana was run-over by dumper truck has sent shock waves across the country and it points towards the fact that there has remained no value for the human life as the policemen are being targeted and killed by running over then trucks. The human life which is considered so precious is now losing all value due to the killings across the country. The latest addition to the senseless killings is the alleged running over by dumper truck of the DySP Tauru Singh Bishnoi in Haryana’s Nhu which is very unfortunate and shows that the goons and mafia are fearless and are committing crimes in broad day light and there is no fear of the law and the law enforcing machinery. The country had not recovered from this dastardly killing of the DySP, another shocking news came from Ranchi Bihar were a lady constable was run over by a speedy truck when she gave the direction to the truck driver to stop but instead of stopping the arrogant truck driver run the truck over the lady police constable which resulted in her tragic death. This incident of the killing of the lady police constable brought a pall of gloom and despair in the country and it points towards the fact that the human life is so cheap and is valueless as the killings of the people especially the policemen are taking place without any remorse and this trend is very unbecoming and unfortunate. When the policemen and their officers who are supposed to protect the lives of the common men are not safe and how can they protect the general public is the million dollar question? It is very unfortunate and sad that there has remained no value for the human life due to the killings of the innocent people including the men in uniform. This is a cause of serious concern and thinking and efforts should be made to arrest the trend of the wanton killings of the policemen and the members of the public. What is happening across the country is unbelievable because we are living in a democratic country where the law is supreme. But unfortunately the country is slipping into the abysmal low where the men in uniform are subjected to killings in most horrendous way and bringing shame to us all. The human life is very precious and the loss of the human life cannot be compensated by any amount of money and it is also not indemnified by any insurance and therefore the people and the rowdy elements should understand that the human life is very precious and its loss cannot be made good by any amount of insurance. But what is happening across the country is a sad commentary on the precious human life as it seems that the human life has become very cheap and valueless due to the spree of the policemen and the common man. It is very unbecoming and disturbing that when the protectors’ of the law and the common men are not safe as the recent happenings of the crushing the DySP in Harayana village under the dumper truck and the similar incident of running a truck over the body of the lady police constable in Ranchi Bihar show that the policemen as well as the common men are not safe in the country because there is no fear of the law and law enforcing agencies in the people and thus are the rowdy elements indulging in the killings of not only the common men but are also targeting and killings police officers and policemen in broad day light and it is a cause of grave and serious concern to the government, political parties and the general people at large. The dastardly killings of the uniformed men and the common men is unacceptable in a democracy where the rule of the law is supreme in theory but in practice there is no value left for the human life because of the killing spree of the policemen, the police officers and the common men and in fact there has remained no value for the human life due to the killings by the enemies of the humanity. All the recent happenings of the crushing of the policemen under the dumper truck and the truck in Ranchi Bihar point to the fact that there is no value for the human life and the human life has become very cheap and the anti social elements have become fearless and are committing dastardly murders in very inhuman way. All these happenings point towards the fact that the human life has become cheap and worthless and has no value for those who commit inhuman murders and in the present case of crushing the policemen under the dumper truck and in case of Ranchi under the truck only because the lady police constable had asked the truck driver to stop and instead of obeying the signal the arrogant truck driver had crushed the police constable under the speedy truck. These two recent incidents are heart wrenching and bring shivers down ones spine and thus not only deserve strongest condemnation but these incidents should not be allowed to take place in the country. No doubt chief minister of the BJP ruled state of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar has announced the ex gratia relief of Rs one crore in favor of the deceased DSP who has died while performing his duty and in the line of the duty and has also announced a government job to the next of the kin of the killed DySP. But no amount of compensation will bring the life of the deceased DySP back and so the life of a man cannot be indemnified by any amount of compensation. It is hoped that the Bihar chief minister will follow the Haryana chief minister and will sanction due compensation to the hairs of the deceased lady police constable. It follows that there is no place for such in human killings in the country and there is urgent need to create the fear of law and law enforcing agencies among the people so that there are no killings across the country. It is so unfortunate that the anti social elements stand encouraged to indulge in the killings of the innocent policemen and the common men and there is no fear of the law. Thus there is need to create fear of the law in the minds of those who are indulging in heinous killings of the policemen and the common people. Therefore there is need to instill fear of the law and law enforcing agencies among the anti-social elements and the common man so that there are no killings of the uniformed men and the members of the general public. The rowdy elements and the general public should be made to respect and honor the law of the land and not take law into its hands and the anti nationals should desist from killing the policemen and the general public for sadistic pleasure. It is very unfortunate that a Sadhu on strike in Bharatpur of Rajasthan has committed self immolation by burning himself to death as the government did not fulfill his genuine demand which related to public issue. This sad and unprecedented act of self immolation of a Sadhu confirms the point that there is no value for the human life. All those responsible for the self immolation of the Sadhu should be arrested and given severe punishment. The government should accept the genuine demands of the protesting people and in this case the demand of the Sadhu should have been fulfilled and this tragedy should have been averted. Thus there is urgent need to instill the fear of the law and the law enforcing agencies among the people and the anti social elements. Those who are responsible for the crushing of the DSP in Haryana and lady police constable in Ranchi to most tragic death should be arrested and severest punishment should be given to all those found guilty in the two separate cases so that in future the anti social elements will not dare to repeat such crimes which bring shame us all of us. Thus exemplary punishment should be given to those who are found involved in these two crimes so that the fear of the law will reign supreme in the country. In brief it can be said that the life of the people is becoming cheap and valueless and it is a matter of grave and serious concern and sincere efforts should be made by the government to discourage such killings in future so that all people will live fearlessly in India.
