LEH: Real life ‘Phunsukh Wangdu’ of Amir Khan famed ‘3 Idiots’, Sonam Stanzin a native of remote Quiat Nubra Valley in Ladakh has stunned the world by making an aircraft using recycled material.
Stanzin since his childhood was keen in studying science and soon after completing his high school he concentrated on realizing his dream to make a flying object.
What is peculiar about his invention is that the entire project is self sustained and no government agency has extended any financial aid.
Stanzin asserted that aircraft is all set to touch skies with few changes required at the last minute which are necessary for any invention and of course support of a technical hand to go for test runs.
