JAMMU: Beating the tough side of Mohammadan Sporting FC Kolkata 4-0, the Real Kashmir FC shall be playing in the finals of the IFA Shield Football Tournament being played at Kolkata.
The Real Kashmir dominated the show right from the start of the tournament and defeated ace football Clubs of the Country. The spectators applauded the brilliant ball control and superb passing of Real Kashmir FC.
“The fraternity of footballers have also congratulated the team for their brilliant performance. It is in place to mention here that the Chairman of Real Kashmir FC has put in his best efforts to field a strong side in the tournament and has encouraged the players in right earnest to see the team flourishing,” a handout issued by the J&K Football Association (JKFA) mentioned.
“He deserves commendation for the interest he takes in promoting the game of Football in the UT. The JKFA Congratulates all the teammates of Real Kashmir FC and wishes them best of luck in the finals as well. It is really an achievement in the field of Sports for which the UT of J&K and Football fraternity,” further said the handout.
