JAMMU: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta and party’s UT chief Ravinder Raina today visited GMC hospital to enquire about the well being of Narwal twin blasts’ victims.
After meeting the injured persons, Kavinder said that Jammu is sitting on a ticking time bomb with presence of anti-India Rohingyas, Bangladeshis and Kashmiris in abundance. He said that the outskirts of the city have turned into terrorist havens as the aforesaid communities are doing everything possible to dent the interests of the country and supporting terror mongers is one amongst their first priorities and the blasts in Narwal area could be the designs of the same lot as police has not yet reached to a conclusion.
The senior BJP leader said that role of the aforesaid communities had always remained under the scanner because in the past also these people have assisted the terrorists to carry out the nefarious designs in the Temple city.
He demanded that government of J&K should come out clear on these communities which are a grave threat to peace and tranquility in the region.
In a veiled attack against one of the opposition parties, Kavinder said it is an open secret that these illegal immigrants had been settled in J&K by whom and for what purpose. He said that time has come to decide and oust these illegal immigrants from the UT because until this would not be ensured threats of terror strikes will continue to loom large which is unacceptable by the peace loving nationalist people of the region.
Ravinder Raina said that police and other security agencies are on job and sooner than later the culprits will be identified and taken to task.
He also directed the healthcare staff to provide the best treatment to the injured and also provide medicines free of cost.
