UDHAMPUR: Table-Tennis Championship organised by Range Police Udhampur in collaboration with District Table Tennis Association Udhampur under Civic Action Programme concluded at Udhampur Table Tennis Academy, here on Sunday. In all, 18 matches from different categories were played.
Championship was organised under the supervision of Virinder Sharma, Deputy Inspector General of Police Udhampur-Reasi Range with the motive to channelise the energy of youngsters in positive direction.
All the matches were officiated by the technical panel including Ajay Sharma, Raman Sharma, Mannat Arrora, Akhil Bandral, Vinod Kumar, Prikshit Khajuria, Ved Prakash, Sunny Sharma and Rajesh Verma.
Final Results: Cadets Boys: Sourav Sharma beat Madhav Sharma by 3-1. Sub-Junior: Mahi Kailu defeated Harshi Ramotra by 3-1. Mens: Ankit Sharma outplayed Kumar Tarun by 3-2.
