RAMBAN: Team Ramban won the volleyball title while Team Doda grabbed Kho-Kho trophy in the Range level Sports festival 2016-17 organised by District Police Ramban under civic Action Programme (CAP) at DPL, here. In volleyball final Ramban defeated Doda and in kho-kho Doda outplayed Ramban.
About 40 players form District Ramban, Doda and Kishtwar participated in different games.
In the closing ceremony, Aijaz Khan, Deputy Commissioner Ramban was the Chief Guest, who gave away trophy to winner and runner-up teams and winners of other games.
Other dignitaries present were Mohan Lal SSP Ramban, Suresh Kumar Garewal, Assistant CO- 160 BN (Coy-D), Imtiaz Ahmed Dy SP Hqrs Ramban and Rakesh Kumar Gupta Dy SP Dar DPL Ramban.

Javelin throw: Pardeep Rathor (Kishtwar) 1st, Mehfooz Ahmed (Ramban) 2nd and Shahbaz (Doda) 3rd.
Shot put: Mehfooz Ahmed (Ramban) 1st, Tabish Ahmed (Doda) 2nd and Aditya Veer (Kishtwar) 3rd.
Disc throw: Mehfooz Ahmed (Ramban) 1st, Ritish Sharma (Kishtwar) 2nd and Tabish (Doda) 3rd.
