‘Ramban lacks educational facilities’

RAMBAN: In a meeting of Interaction Forum Jammu Province, the participants said that the district of Ramban whose 90 per cent population lives in the rural and hilly area, is lacking educational and other facilities.
The meeting was presided over by Advocate A.R Mushtaq in which ex-MLA Adv Ashok Sharma was the Chief Guest. They said that there are 13 higher secondary schools for boys and one higher secondary school for girls in the whole district and these too are under staffed which affects the education of the children. Prominent among those present include Ch Mohd Farooq, Advocate Arjun Singh Raju, Mushtaq Ahmad Sohail, Sub Jagir Singh, Choor Singh, Naseer Ahmed Sohail, Mohan Singh Darora, Shaqeel Bhagat, Naseeb Singh, Dharam Chand, Govind Sharma, Tariq Saleem, Adv Abrar Khan, Major U.K Sharma, Adv SS Parihar and Arun Singh Raju.
