Ram Paul wins bronze medal at International Marathon in Germany

JAMMU: Son of soil, Ram Paul Kapoor, J&K Bank Retd Officer, brought laurels and made India as well J&K UT proud by winning a bronze medal at the prestigious marathon in the world held at Munich Germany.
He participated in the 10K marathon and clocked a time of 56 minutes.

About 20,000 athletes participated in this marathon from all over the world . He is the first Indian who has won the medal in the age category 65+. This is his 8th appearance at the international marathons and with this his podium medals went to 43. President Abdul Qiuam, General Secretary Tarseem Lal Bastora and Vice President Sudesh Kumari of J&K UT Masters Athletic Association congratulated him for his great achievement.
