Rajendra visits AIIMS, enquires about welfare of SI Arun Kumar

SRINAGAR: Director General of Police (DGP), K. Rajendra Kumar, today left for New Delhi to visit Sub-Inspector Arun Kumar, who was injured while performing his professional duties at Jammu. He enquired about his health status and assured all possible assistance for his health care and early recovery.
The Sub-Inspector was injured while performing official duties on 3rd June and was admitted in Government Medial College Jammu. Later he was shifted to AIIMS New Delhi for advanced treatment on 6th June.
Rajendra, while visiting the injured officer, talked the team of doctors and requested to provide every specialized medical treatment for his early recovery. He also met the family members of the officer, accompanying him at Delhi and expressed his hope that he will recover soon.
The DGP directed CID Cell JKP New Delhi to look after the injured officer and his family at Delhi. He said that all expenses for the treatment of officer would be borne by Police Organization.
