JAMMU: Rahul Dev Manhas has been selected once again as the flag bearer for Team India in the international ICN Beach Physique Competitions for 2024, which will take place in Bali, Indonesia, and Canberra, Australia.
At 60 years old, Rahul Dev Manhas is a retired government official and a fitness expert.
In the recently concluded ICN Nationals held at New Delhi on July 13 at Talkatora indoor Stadium, he achieved notable success. He secured first place in the 50-plus masters category and second place in the 40-plus masters category.
Apart from his competitive achievements, Rahul Dev Manhas is actively involved in imparting fitness training.
He selects his students through a rigorous interview process, ensuring that he can provide personalized and effective training to a limited number of students.
