JAMMU: Assistant Professor Education, Government Degree College (GDC) Kathua, Rachna Devi, daughter of Late Master Doulat Ram and wife of Baldev Raj Bhagat, resident of Ward No 4 Kathua, has been declared qualified for the award of Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Education by University of Jammu.
She worked on the topic “A Study of Problems and Psycho-Social Characteristics of Inmates Living in Nari-Niketans of Jammu Province”, under the supervision of Prof. Mubarak Singh, Dean and Head, PG Department of Education, University of Jammu.
