JAMMU: Punjab Juniors registered win against the Jammu Juniors in the exposure tour for Jammu Junior Cricket Team at Amandeep Singh Cricket Academy Amritsar and equalize the points with one win each, which is being organized by Zonal Police Headquarters Jammu under the direction of IGP Jammu.
The matches are being held under the overall supervision of International Player Harvinder Singh.
Batting first, Punjab Junior was bowled out for 161 runs in 30 overs. Mantash (40), Sahil (31) and Abay (26) runs were the main scorers. Agustya picked three wickets while Anmol Manhas and Ahim Nanda shared two each and Kanav took one for Jammu Juniors.
In reply, Jammu Junior tried best but they fell short of 16 runs and thus lost the match. Satyam made 49 runs followed by Aryan Dogra and Rohan Gill, who added with 24 and 10 runs to the total.
Vishwa scalped three wickets while Abhay took two and Pawan and Romesh shared one each.
Abhay of Punjab Juniors was declared Man of the Match.
