Prof. Romal resigns from Congress

UDHAMPUR: Senior Congress leader (Retd) Prof Romal Singh has tendered his resignation to Party Central High Command and quit the Congress Party due to increasing apathetic attitude of Gulam Nabi Azad and PCC President Prof. Saif-ud-Din Soz towards party’s grass root level workers.
Issuing a press note Prof Romal Singh said that the day Congress central high command has rendered power to take decision in view of upcoming elections it has spark high voltage reaction among the workers. He said due to their doctorial attitude towards sincere workers especially rural workers it has forced him to quit party and he has submitted his resignation to All India Party President Sonia Gandhi.
