BJP has made a very serious charge against PDP and NC over the grenade attack in Srinagar’s Lal Chowk. Describing the incident as ‘political terrorism’, the BJP says this is not mere an allegation but a fact based on merits. The BJP is perhaps trying to suggest that arch rivals PDP and NC have joined hands to destabilise the situation for political gains. The grenade attack had injured eight persons including a CRPF officer.
Is it a matter of pride or shame for responsible political parties to make wild allegations, having potential of granting license to real and known perpetrators by nailing opponents just for petty gains in this season of elections?
