Anytime today, the much hyped and much awaited black money account holders list will be with the Supreme Court of India for scrutiny and perusal. Most likely the names would not be made public because of treaties and investigation whether the listed persons have stacked black money in the foreign banks or not. With this the era of ‘black-money’ politics will come to an end though politicians will keep arms twisting each other on speculations. The question is what made the politicians to withhold names of wrong doers so long. Or, it may turn out to be anti-climax.
Is it a matter of pride or shame for politicians to get started only when courts pull them up, as they have kept their conscience mortgaged to political expediencies?
