The adage ‘wolf may lose his teeth but not the nature’ fits well with Kashmiri separatists, who have not given up their time tested tactics of arm-twisting and browbeating the Centre. In a latest salvo, Mirwaiz Umar has sought opening of roads to Pakistan if Government of India fails to provide basic amenities to the flood torn Kashmir Valley. He has threatened of seeking assistance through the Muzaffarabad Road.
Is it a matter of pride or shame for chronic secessionists to behave as unsolicited Messiahs of the people, who have rejected and snubbed them and their deceitful agenda in the just concluded elections to Legislative Assembly?
