Five days ahead of the proposed ‘Secretariat Gherao’ call given by Pradesh Congress Committee against ‘unholy PDP-BJP’ alliance’, Jammu
and Kashmir Government has decided not to allow the programme as it would hamper the movement of ‘VVIPs and other high profile people’ to reach Secretariat and other destinations in the summer capital.
