KULGAM: Chairman District Legal service authority Kulgam on Thursday organised a meeting with different departments seeking their assistance and coordination for settlement of matters, claims relating to flood victims.
National Lok Adalat scheduled to be held on 6th of December 2014 and pre Lok Adalat session will be held on 24th and 26th of November 2014 for persuading the concerned parties for amicable settlement of their respective matters. The cases which will be taken in the National Lok Adalat pertain to MACT cases, Municipality cases, Family disputes, cases under Fisheries Act, Electricity Act, Criminal, Land acquisition, Revenue, NREGA cases and property disputes between relatives.
The interested persons/ Parties are directed to approach chairman District legal services authority Kulgam for amicably settlement of their cases through the said National Lok Adalat on 6th of December 2014.
