Powergrid stages ‘Mere Hisse Ki Dhoop Kahan Hai?’

JAMMU: In order to sensitize and bring about more awareness regarding the environmental concerns among its employees, their family members and general masses, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, Northern Region Transmission System-II organised much acclaimed play of Natrang ‘Mere Hisse Ki Dhoop Kahan Hai?’ here at Abhinav Theater on Saturday. The play was organized as a part of Powergrid’s Swaach Bharat Campaign.
On the occasion, Executive Director (NRTS-II), Anil Jain was the Chief Guest.
This play is considered to be the longest living play by children in India. The play was written by Balwant Thakur for UNICEF on population/environment education had stood best in India and later represented the country in Asia-Pacific meet in Bangkok, Thailand.
Besides, Anil Jain, S.D Joshi, General Manager (Projects), B.Dash AGM (F), R Narayan, CM (HR), senior officers from Powergrid Northern Region-II, their family members, leading persons from State administration and other sections of society were present on this occasion.
Balwant Thakur thanked Powergrid for their contribution in making such events possible in the Jammu.
