JAMMU: To carry out repairs /preventive maintenance of equipments and replacement of jumpers/droppers and other hotspots on main / reserve Bus at 220/132/33 KV G/S Udhampur along with preventive maintenance of 220 KV S/C Sarna-Udhampur Trans. Line, the shutdown of 220/132/33 KV Grid Station Udhampur along with 220 KV S/C Sarna-Udhampur Transmission Line is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to entire Udhampur, Ramnagar, Chenani, MES, Air Force, Army, district Kishtwar and district Doda shall remain affected on 26th November from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Similarly, to carry out urgent maintenance works of the line such as checking of earth wires, foundations of the towers and stringing of conductors etc by NHPC, the shutdown of 132 KV Udhampur-Kishtwar Transmission line is allowed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to district Kishtwar and district Doda shall remain affected on November 28, 30 and December 3, 5, and 7 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
